What's crackin fellow PUAs. I have been using a little game lately that has had some pretty good success on dates, so I figured I'd share it. I'm coining it as "The Battle of the Wits". I'm not sure where I read it originally, but I saw it mentioned some where to play a game with girls where you give them points for saying clever things and subtract points when they say stupid stuff. I never really could pull that off though, because it just always seemed wierd to start saying out of nowhere, "oh wow... that was a witty thing to say... 2 points." So here's a little bit of how I start off my alternative version of this.
HB: (says some witty remark or a neg)
PUA: "Damn... you're pretty witty. (depending on where at in the game you are maybe add in a compliment: I like that in a girl). But... I'm not sure that you're ready to go up to bat with a true professional of wits. We'll see though... You wanna play a game?
HB: <insert convo here>..."Sure."
PUA: Alright, well since we're both clearly more witty than the average person, I think we should have a battle of the wits to see who the true champion is. It's simple, when I say something witty, I get points for it and vice versa... So you just got 3 points for that last comment you made... Pretty simple right?"
HB: "Haha, so does that mean I'm winning?"
PUA: "For now... Alright, well since I'm a raining champion, I'll also give you a 5 point handicap. You're also pretty cute, so I'll slap on an additional 10 for that if you want. But then that also means I get 12 for my amazing looks."
If the girl thinks it's lame, then end it there, but in my experience, usually soon enough, you'll tease her about something and she'll follow up with "Haha, wow... 4 points for you". Anyway, I'm sure I'm not the first to do this, and there's nothing extremely ingenious about it, but I've had some success with it in getting girls to really open up with the teasing, which makes a more fun and interesting interaction. I've also had the added benefit that if I say something teasing that hits on some kind of self concious issue that she has, then I can subtract points from myself for taking the game to seriously. It usually makes for a good recovery to get her laughing again, if I hit on a bad subject. So, definitely give it a whirl and let me know how it works out.
