From my understanding of offering value in everyday life, it basically comes down to us not seeking to take value from anyone or need them to place value on us since in our hearts and minds, we already know we have value.

Instead, we are consistently giving value to others and making them better and cooler people while we around them, always good feelings and good times for everyone. Goes along with TD's secret society findings as well.
