I read this on mASF, and have been doing it ever since... and I think my teeth have gotten whiter because of it. I am judging the whiteness of my teeth on pictures taken of me recently... I used to be looking at pics of me, and thinking my teeth looked pretty yellow. I was considering getting whitening strips or something, but I'm decently happy after I implemented this tip. Anyway, the brushing tip is... to brush your teeth with a dry brush before you put toothpaste on your brush and wet it. The dry brush has more friction and removes more plaque from your teeth. Supposedly you should just think as the toothpaste as a polisher, while the dry brushing is the thing that really cleans it. Give it a try.
